These terms apply to the use of this website and to stays in properties let and managed by Vista Ventures Limited. Please read them before making a booking.
This website is operated by Vista Ventures Limited, a company registered in Gibraltar, company number 123956. Where these terms refer to “we”, “us” or “our”, they mean Vista Ventures Limited. “You” means the person using this website or making a booking.
By using this website or making a booking with us, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site or book with us.
We take care to keep the information on this site accurate and up to date, but property descriptions, photographs, availability and prices are provided for guidance and may change. Photographs are intended to represent the property and small differences are possible.
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that could damage it or interfere with anyone else's use of it.
A booking is confirmed only once we have issued a written confirmation and any required payment has been received. Until that point, no contract exists between us.
Bookings made through Booking.com, Airbnb or another platform are also subject to that platform's own terms, including its payment and cancellation rules. Where a platform's terms conflict with these terms in relation to a booking made through it, the platform's terms apply to that booking.
The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for everyone in their party, including ensuring they are aware of these terms.
Prices are confirmed at the time of booking and include the charges set out in your confirmation. Any additional charges, such as extra cleaning or late check-out where agreed, will be made clear before they apply.
Where a security deposit or pre-authorisation applies, it will be set out in your booking confirmation. It will be released after departure, less any deductions for damage or breaches of these terms.
The cancellation terms that apply to your stay are those shown at the time of booking and repeated in your confirmation. If you need to change or cancel a booking, contact us or the platform you booked through as soon as possible.
In rare cases we may need to change or cancel a booking, for example because of damage to a property, a maintenance problem or something outside our control. If that happens we will tell you as soon as we can and will either offer a comparable alternative property or refund the amounts you have paid for the affected nights.
Check-in and check-out times are set out in your booking confirmation. We will do our best to accommodate an early arrival or late departure where the property allows it, but this cannot be guaranteed and may carry a charge. Arrival instructions are sent before your stay.
While staying in one of our properties, we ask that you:
Treat the property, its contents and its neighbours with care and respect, and keep noise to a reasonable level, particularly at night.
Do not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in your booking, and do not allow anyone else to stay without our agreement.
Do not hold parties or events at the property, and do not smoke inside it.
Follow any rules that apply to the building, including those for communal areas, pools and parking.
Keep keys and access devices safe, and return them as instructed on departure.
Leave the property in a reasonable state, and tell us promptly about any damage or problem so we can deal with it.
Where these terms are seriously or repeatedly broken, we may ask you to leave the property without a refund.
You are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during your stay, beyond fair wear and tear. We may charge the reasonable cost of repair or replacement.
We are not responsible for the loss of or damage to your own belongings during your stay, unless it results from something we have done wrong. We recommend you have your own travel insurance.
We or our contractors may need to enter the property during your stay, for example for maintenance or in an emergency. Other than in an emergency, we will give you reasonable notice and arrange a convenient time.
We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill. We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under Gibraltar consumer law.
This site links to websites run by other organisations, including booking platforms and places to visit in Gibraltar. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or the way they handle your information.
The text, photographs, logo and design on this website belong to Vista Ventures Limited or are used with permission. You may view and print pages for your own use, but you may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written agreement.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Notice, which explains what we collect, why, and the rights you have over your information.
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your booking are those in force when the booking was confirmed. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated.
These terms are governed by the law of Gibraltar, and the courts of Gibraltar have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
